Rhett & Link were right; This cheese is amazing

I'm not usually a person that will buy something that I've seen on a YouTube video, and I'm not usually the person that will take someone's word if a certain food is good, but today, I actually did both of those things. I hate to admit it, but this post is inspired by Rhett and Link, and Good Mythical Morning Yet again.

Because this post is not sponsored by either Chao or Rhett and Link, I'm going to explain to everyone exactly how it was eating this cheese.

I saw on Good Mythical Morning where they had a vegan cheese taste test, and it left me wondering about one of the cheeses they talked so highly of. I wanted so badly to try the Chao Cheese slices from Chao. I tried my hardest to find the cheese in the store. I was almost saddened that they didn't have it, or at least I thought.

While I wandered around Walmart earlier, picking up cat food, shopping, and minding my own business, I was sidetracked by the Chao Mac & Cheese in the freezer case at Walmart. I got so excited to see they had vegan mac and cheese at Walmart but was let down when I found our that the Mac and Cheese were not gluten-free. My stomach dropped and I felt sad. But instead of being really sad I pulled my husband to the produce department, assuming that's where the cheese would be.

Once we made it to the produce department, my eyes more than likely looked like the cartoon character's eyes, you know the little heart eyes, and floating? I wasn't floating, but I"m sure I had hearts in my eyes when I saw the slices of Chao.

Why I just picked the cheese up, without thinking or checking to see if it was gluten-free was beyond me, but I picked it up anyway and was determined to take it home with me to see if Rhett and Link were right about this cheese is amazing.

I checked the internet as soon as I got home, I almost jumped for joy reading that the Chao cheese was indeed gluten-free and I could do whatever I wanted with it. I knew exactly what I wanted to do with it, I wanted to put it on a salad, but I wanted to see how this magical cheese tasted.
This is the part where I should have taken photos, but I didn't think about it, the package is in shreds in the fridge, and I'm okay with it. The package was ripped, and all I have now is the cheese free-flowing in the fridge in plastic wrap. I'll try to take a picture next time I get it, but for now, we're going to have to focus on Good Mythical Morning and people taking my word for it.

The fact that the cheese, is cheese flavored, and it doesn't actually have a type of cheese flavor as these nice two men have put it, worried me. But like the curious human I was today, I tried the cheese and fell even more in love with it then I thought. The cheese is a nice, milky cheese taste it kind of reminds me of mozzarella string cheese, but a lot lighter, and milkier, but delicious. It's the kind of cheese you can't help but love.

For those who are vegan, lactose-intolerant, or just want to try a new cheese, this stuff is delicious. B The only thing I'd watch out for, is how you open the cheese and remember to put it right in a baggie when you're done, or else it'll dry out. Put these cheese on your baked potatoes, on your sandwiches and even put it on a cheese platter for the holiday. There's no limit to what you can do with this amazing bit of goodness.
