Some far out New Changes

For the last few months I’ve been a debate about what to do about my blog, since both Instagram and Facebook, blocked it from being posted. It's been that way for a lot of bloggers so here it is... I came up with a new plan. Hear me out, I’m going to be starting a new blog under the same name (Amethyst Moon), and start using Wix instead of blogger.

Marge Simpson Bar GIF - Find & Share on GIPHY

There are going to be a bit of changes with my Wix blog that I want you all to be aware of.

  • There’s going to be more personal blog posts and I’m going to be more personal about my life. The way it is being gluten free, having invisible illnesses, parenting and things about my every day life.
  • I’m hoping for more reviews, favorite things and so forth, because we all go through life with favorite things. There won’t be more Tag Posts unless it’s really a boring week, as a lot of the weeks in quarantine have been.
  • Last but not least, I hope to have more giveaways, and sponsored posts, but they’re going to be going about things differently. I’m going to be tying in the blog posts I do. Into my personal life.
Some cool new things
Change 1: It's been talked about for some time, my musical blog will finally be up on action along side this blog! The world needs to come together and there's no better way than music!

Change 2: Since this is personal and some what professional, there's going to be more GIF's. Wix has a button for them, and who doesn't like a bit of gif humor when reading. With that thought here's a gif of me in the morning

Far Out GIFs - Get the best GIF on GIPHY

Change 3: This is the final change, I want to try to make, my followers and the people who changed my though on YouTube more like my family. I love my Moon fams! You all rock. I'll even find ways to appreciate you as much as I can.

Starting July 1st, I will be back. I love you all very much.

She's here, my dearest dolly is here!

This is Luciana "Luca/Lucy" Grace. She's the doll that I've been waiting for. She's absolutely adorable isn't she? She wasn't on the list of dolls that I originally wanted, but she's by far the cutest doll that I've ever seen. I can't believe that she's here and that she's mine.

Why I chose the name that I did
Much like any human baby, I take naming my dolls seriously. So as soon as I ordered Luca, I had to think about what I wanted to name her, a name that I felt I could call her and feel comfortable calling her. But her whole trip, I was stuck with names, she didn't feel much like a Sam, and she didn't feel much like a Heather (a name that was suggested by a friend), every name I came up with felt like it didn't fit.

I took a step back and thought about names that I wished I could have named a baby girl if I had one. The name Lucy kept playing around in my head. I love the name Lucy, it's classic. Lucy was a safe bet, for naming my doll, but at the same time, I wantedd something that was unique. I thought about names and thought and thought and thought!

I've always been an entomology buff, names are one of those things I can look at for hours on end, and I can't help but make up new first and middle name combos. So what would be unique for Lucy? I don't even know how it feel out of my brain, "Luca" was a unique name as far as girls are concerned. All the Google searches suggested that Luca should be short for Luciana. That was it Luciana was the perfect name. Luca or Lucy (depending on my mood), would be a great name for my doll.

The middle name was again one of those names I've always loved, Luciana Grace had a nice flow to it, and didn't seem as wordy as some of the other names. Do I think she likes her name?  It's not like I could find out, she's a doll, and Luciana just has to deal with what I named her.

Some of my favorite things about Luca
There are many things that drew me toward her beauty when i saw her on eBay. The first thing that was obvious, even though there's still many of Luca's twins on eBay was how real she looked. You know it's an amazing doll when you imagine her crying and are expecting the worst when she's being shipped inside of a plastic bag, inside of a box.

Her open mouth was another determining factor. Some people who Reborn, or own Reborns, have to modify a pacifier or a bottle to fit it in the dolls mouth. As for Luca's sake her mouth is open and cn take a bottle, isn't her bottle of 'formula'  adorable? It came with Luca.

Talking about things that came with her, she came with the cute owl onesie that she's wearing, a headband (that she's also wearing), two bottles, one of which that came with Luca, two diapers, a blanket, her hospital band and pacitifer. All of which were $110, including she shipping. For a realistic doll she was a great price!

Finally the last thing I love about her isn't about her exactly it's about the person who shipped her. They were quick, easy. The delivery was great. I'd have no issues ordering from them again. Infact if I do order another doll one day, if they have more dolls other than Luca in their shop, they'll be my first choice. The pictures were fantastic.
What the future holds for Luca and I
As soon as things become more normal and as soon as I feel comfortable taking her out in public, I'm going to do so, I'd love to have some adventures with her. Adventures with Luca sounds like fun don't it? But until then she'll be my cuddle buddy. She'll be my go to when my migraines and panic attacks are at their worst.

Yay to Luca for helping me chill.

7 Things That I'm actually enjoying during this quarantine

Day 2: What are you enjoying most about the order to stay home during this quarantine?
I've seen this quarantine do some crazy things and I can't even start to explain all the crazy things that I've heard people have done. People starting fights in stores over toilet paper, the gluten-free sections of the store, looking like a baron wasteland, and people using women's undergarments as a facemask. That's enough to make me wonder what the history books years from now are going to say about what went on.

Just because times are tough and things are crazy, it doesn't mean that we can't find the good in somethings. Some days it may not seem like it for people, to wake up and stare at the same walls, missing human contact, and wishing they could go to the store, without wearing a mask and feeling claustrophobic. Having a list of 7 things I'm actually enjoying reminds me that even during a storm, there can be a beautiful rainbow.

1. Starting challenges and learning more about myself: As I do these challenges and have had time to reflect on things I like, and things I don't like, it makes me want to embrace the things I do like a little bit more. From the Disney movie challenge to seeing what other challenges I may want to do in the future, if not on here, but on social sites

2. Seeing people's true colors shine through: From friends to enemies and people in between. You learn a lot about people when times get hard. The people who actually check in on you to make sure you're doing fine, to the people who have been mean and callous to others when they really shouldn't have been. That's what I've enjoyed, well not the anger and hatred, but actually learning who's really on your side.

3. The ability to try new foods: Because the quarantine has made the parts of the store I one enjoyed, empty, I've had to learn to improvise when it comes to food and snacks. It gave me the idea to start a new weekly meme, like the Tag Thursdays and Favorite 5 Fridays, and start, snack time Saturdays, when I talk about some cool new snack foods or recipes that I've tried during the week! It might even lead me to do another video in the future.

4. Being able to read more: It's not like I didn't read before, but now that the quarantine is happening, I've been reading more and have started reading a book written by an online friend, that I've put off reading for a while.

5. Wanting to write more: This goes #4, a bit. Because I've read more, and enjoyed my friend's book. It inspires me to be creative. I don't know what I want to do with my as of yet. But if I keep getting inspired, I know I'll eventually find what I want to write about, and learn about what niches I feel comfortable with.

6. The fresh air: Because I live in an apartment, and worry about COVID-19, spreading, in the hallways, and higher traffic areas, I've opened the windows more often. I'm able to enjoy the birds chirping since there's fewer people congregating outside. The fresh air reminds me of how beautiful the world really is and how wonderful the sounds of nature are.

Billie Joe Armstrong's Green Day's solo was pretty awesome!

7.Free concerts from home: I saved the best for last. I love seeing what musicians are kind enough to let us into their homes and sharing their music with the world, in a time like this. Music is healing, music is beautiful, and music keeps a lot of people sane. But what I find is cooler, a lot of people who wouldn't normally be able to go to a live show for whatever reason, distance, money, health, they can still enjoy it.

Time to talk about babies.

It’s finally happened, I’m expecting a baby. I was planning on it for a while now, and finally things are going the way I expected them to. I’ve decided on the name Sam, I’m not sure what I’m going to do for a middle name yet, but Sam is going to be the name that I’m choosing. I’m so excited yet nervous about the whole ordeal.

Before I continue I have a small confession to make. Sam isn’t a human baby, Sam’s a Reborn. And because I want to talk more about my life and make my blog more personal. I’m going to hopefully talk more about the whole ordeal about Sam and the whole process of adopting a reborn, and hopefully have some amazing photos when the time comes that he’s delivered.

4 Tips when shopping for your new baby:

1. Always check the reviews of the nursery: Even if you’re going with somewhere like Ashton Drake (which I urge not to adopt form). There’s nothing worse than getting a baby that you’re unhappy with and knowing you won’t bond with them like you should.

2. It’s okay to be choosy: This is your baby and you’re paying for it, if there’s something you don’t like about the doll, then don’t buy it.

3. Check for new baby freebies: If you’re looking for bottles, diapers, and stuff for your baby check out freebie sites, some have new baby freebies or free boxes of stuff.

4. It’s okay to ask for more pictures: Ask for more pictures if there’s something you’re curious about when you’re buying your baby.

The Baby I plan on having
It took a while to figure out what baby I’m having/adopting. I have a list of possible babies that I may actually choose when the time come to adopt my little love bug!

The origin of the name Sam
It may come as a surprise that I like horror movies. When I think of horror movies with dolls, one doll sticks out among the rest. I’m not talking about Annabelle, I’m talking about Chucky. Chucky’s full name was Charles Lee Ray before he became a doll and the name was an amalgamation of serial killers.

Instead of naming Sam off of serial killers, I’m giving him horror movie names. The character Sam from Trick ‘R Treat is my all time favorite horror movie characters, so I knew right away that I’d choose Sam as a name. Since I’m still not sure if I’m going to go with a boy doll or a girl doll, I don’t know what I’m using as a middle name yet!

Blog Post Challenge Day 1: A Poem by yours truly

Day 1 Blog Post Challenge: Write a blog post using the word help

It’s day one of my 30 day writing prompt challenge. I’m ready to push my self to the limits, and because I want to push myself to the limits during the writing workshop, while working on my other activities that I’ve wanted to do, I chose to start writing poems again. Writing poetry again, was out of my comfort zone, and it almost made me want to pull away from the challenge, but I actually went through with it.

Calling

This isn’t a game
There’s no reset reset,
And there’s nobody to blame,
But there’s tons of regret

The rain keeps falling,
And there’s no end in site
Do you hear me calling?
Calling into the future that’s dark as night

I know it can’t rain all the time,
But the waters up to my knees
And I think I’m losing my mind
Who do I believe?

Empty streets and blank faces
We’re all looking for some help
in some of the strangest places
as we blindly hold our hands out

The rain keeps falling
I think I’m losing my mind
Do you hear me calling?

The poem I wrote was inspired by the photo above and my feelings about the Novel Corona Virus. It helped me relax my mind, just for a little while. When I was writing the poem and as it was relaxing me, I realized that maybe getting back into poetry is something that I need to do, we all need something to get us through tough times, and this is one of those times.

Is anyone up for some quarantine challenges? I have two pretty awesome challenges

I’m finally back from my hiatus and hope to stay back. I didn’t mean to be gone as long as I was and I really hated leaving a random post here or there, but needless to say, I’m back. And because I’ve been thinking about my Corona bucket list, I’ve actually found the challenges that I want to be doing for the next month, even if we aren’t quarantined, I’m still going to do them, but what I really hope is getting people to join in.

Quarantine Bucket List Items Done:

Start a Facebook challenge on my the blog page and hope people play along
Set a challenge on my blog

These posts will be alongside other posts I’m doing so that we can learn about people around us and keep ourselves occupied. If you decide to do the challenge as well, tag me in the post, so I can share your stories on here and the corresponding social pages!

My First Challenge/Non-Challenge Workshop
Mama Kat has the perfect thing for my blog’s challenge, which isn’t really a challenge at all. Or is it? Mama Kat has weekly writing prompts that I would love to tackle at least twice a week or more. They’ll be going alongside the other blog posts that I have on my mind, just something I really wanted to do.

Facebook’s Challenge
30 Day Challenge - Day 30 - Your Favorite Theme Park Show ...
Do you like Disney? I love Disney. Even as an adult I could sit and watch Disney movies back to back, and now that Disney+ is a thing, I can relive my childhood all over again!

There's going to be one big issue! Do you know what that issue is?

It's going to be hard picking only one answer for each of the days. I look at all of these days during the challenge and I'm already trying my hardest to think about what movie I want to mention. But that's okay, that's why I'm doing this challenge, I want to get to know other Disney fanatics like myself and learn about your favorite Disney movies!

11 COVID-19 Actives to do to beat the lockdown

This lockdown had me worried that if I wrote a bucket list for the springtime that I wouldn't be able to do anything outside of my apartment for a long time. Who knows how long we're going to be on lockdown for!

To drown my boredom earlier, I was going through the generators that I've used so many times before, to notice that Random Generator had a list of activities to do during this lockdown! It gave me an idea to see what ideas they have and make myself a new kind of bucket list, a lockdown bucket list! I'll try to do a check-in as soon as I finish an activity.
  1.  Take a virtual tour of a zoo.
  2. Use a poem generator and write poems
  3. Read a Comic Book:
  4. Make an origami frog
  5. Share some positive news articles
  6. Set a challenge on my blog
  7. Design my dream house using The Sims 4
  8. Start a Facebook challenge on my the blog page and hope people play along
  9. Start a new blog about something I love
  10. Write a blog post about what I’m doing during the lock down
  11. Watch the sunrise through the window

All of the stuff on this list is pretty easy, yet fun things to do while I’m on lockdown. What are some things that you plan on doing during this lockdown that isn’t on the list? Which item on my list sounds the most interesting to you?

Time for a Digital Vacation: Are you with me?

Now that we're under quarantine and people are going to be bored out of their minds. It's time to talk about one of my favorite things to do, and that is taking a digital vacation. It's a great way to learn about people, different places and it can even be educational for the whole family.

How to go on a digital vacation
Before you go on your journey, you need an address. If you want an address and don't know what to use, I like using Fake Name Generator, picking a random country or state and copying an address from there. Today I chose to go on a trip to The Czech Republic, as it is part of my heritage.

The address I got was:
Školní 1790
391 75 Malšice
Once I have my address to the place I'm going to visit, I put the address into Google Maps, to get an idea of the place I'm visiting. It'll be able to give you an idea if you're going to be vacationing in the country or a city. Interestingly enough I was transported to the outside of what looks to be a church.
Image Source: Woody Photography on Google Maps

Now that we have a place, and an address, we can do many things. We can sight see, by going around with street view on Google Maps, we can use Pinterest to learn about the area, or we can even Google to learn what places are around where I'm at. Today I'm going to use Pinterest and Google what's around the area, mainly because Google Maps won't let me walk the streets in the area I'm at.

How to Use Google as a Guide
I typed in the town of Malšice in Google's search bar and actually learned a lot about the town that I wouldn't have known. I got a list of things to do in Malšice, Trip Advisor gave me ideas about what's around the area and even a price of a hotel room.
Today I decided that I'd google both the Burg Pribenitz Museum and Ruins, and Špejchar Želeč as they were both very interesting places that I wanted to learn a bit about, and I know that if I was in the area that I would love to go to. Unfourtionately, both of the sites were in Czech, so I had to translate them but, I learned a lot about the area from visiting both museums online.

Trip advisor even told me about a few places that I could go eat at! Which was even cooler! The Nautilus Goldie Restaurant at a hotel in Tabor was the place I chose to look at and imagined eating at. They had pictures of the food on Trip Advisor and even a menu on their website! If I wanted to and was able to go to the store here, I could very well google one of the things on the menu and make it for myself (gluten-free versions)! I'd get an idea about what eating Czech food is actually like.

Using Pinterest
Sometimes if you're lucky when you type a location in on Pinterest, you'll get pictures, recipes and stuff about the area. Malšice is a very small town, so when I searched for it, not much came up, so instead I used Pinterest to learn about Czech recipes and Czech culture in particular and if you want to you can create an album just for your 'travels', so that you can look back over your vacation.

They did have this photo of Malšice, when I searched for it on Pinterest. I love looking at old historical photos anyway, and I know it would be another thing that I would love to have seen if I went on a trip to the Czech Republic.

Some other things you can do on your trips
If you're a parent homeschooling your kids, if you want to have more fun during your digital trip, or if you want to teach your kids more about the culture and ways of life around some areas, there's a few activies that you can include.

Converting currency and shopping during your trip: Learn how to convert currency, then stick to a budget for your imaginary trip. You know you're going to have to eat on the trip and find a place to stay, include that an learn to budget your trip so that you're not going to be stuck in the country forever!

Learn a new language: Places like Duo Lingo or YouTube usually have basics of the language. If someone actually went on a trip to the country they're touring, it's good to know how to conversate with the locals!

Find a penpal from your country of choice: If you like writing penpal letters or e-mails, there's actually sites where you can make a real pen pal or a digital penpal from the area. It gives you an idea what a place is really like.

Now that you have an idea about how to take a digital vacation, is there a few places that you'd like to visit?

Want to write something romantic for Valentine's Day? This may help!

Maybe this year you want to write a poem, song or even a love note to your loved one, to let them know how you feel about them, but you have no idea how to write anything. I have the answer to your problems! Generators! There are generators for almost anything on the internet, they even have generators to write out song lyrics, poems and much more.

So what sites are out there to help you with your quest to provide you with a little help with your writing and what can you expect? I've done the hard part for you and searched the internet far and wide and tried the generators.
red rose with black background

I are it Generator

Sadly the site that homed the letters is gone, it disappeared after  Geocities went down, many years ago. I have though seen this generator still going around the internet even after the loss of it's main website. The I are it generator is still around and really easy to use. You select what you want your poem to say from the many dropdown lists on the page.

My Example:
Dear Love
I am dreaming of you day and night.
You and I are of one heart, one soul.
I can't imagine life without you and I would do anything just to see you smile.
Please agree to never change and if possible, promise you will be mine always.
If you will inspire me further I would be willing to make it worth it.
I hope and pray that you love me too.
Your Humble Servant
Amethyst

 The Calculator love quote generator

The has Calculator a drop-down list a bit like I Are Its love letter, but instead of writing a love letter I found their love quote generator to be a bit fun. We all know I love quotes, and finding the perfect love quote to let your loved one know exactly how you feel about them is fun too!

A love quote:
"The love we give away is the only love we keep."
~Elbert Hubbard
 Crazy Horoscopes Generator
Don't let the name of the site confuse you, there's actually a love letter generator on this site, and this one's really cool! You can pick if your love letter is mild (like between friends) or passionate. You'll be able to select your recipient's hair color, eye color and answer a few multiple-choice questions about your person to get your love letter! 's
I wrote a love letter to myself during this mild letter to see how well it worked. It did mention about plugging a TV into my eye sockets! If you're okay with a letter that gets slightly weird, this may do the job! They also have a love poem that you may want to copy and paste to give to your loved one!
My example
My dearest Jen,
How are you? I hope you are well.
I wrote this letter because I thought it would make you smile.
What manner of creature can resist your gorgeous deep blue eyes. They've always reminded me of electricity and I've often wondered if they can glow in the dark and light up an entire room at night. Maybe one day we can plug the TV into your eye sockets and it will run on the electricity generated by your lovely blue eyes.
I really must tell you though, I absolutely adore your gorgeous eyes! I think if God created something truly amazing, then its definitely gotta be your eyes! I know some people say the same thing about horses and giraffes, but I think your eyes exceeds anything else!
Wishing you a happy Valentines Day!
Yours Truly,
Myself

FTD's Letter Generator

The company you order flowers from also has its own little place for creating your own love letter. It's a fill in the blanks sort of letter, quick, easy and to the point. If letters aren't your thing, maybe copying and pasting a poem or a quote is better. They offer that option as well.

All you have to do is scroll to the bottom of the page under the picture that says, "Love Note Generator" and chose who the letter, poem, a quote is geared towards (friends, spouse, parent, or date) and click what generator you want to use and tada! It's done!

My love note is to Freya, my darling little kitty! She needs to know she's loved too!

My example
Dear Freya,
Words can't express, how much you mean to me. Every day I spend with you is beautiful. You are my kitty cat. I love the way you cuddle with me when I'm sick and how you help me with my blog posts. To me everything about you is purrfect!
All my love,
Your human girl

Love Song Generator

From love letters and a love quote on to love songs we go! Song Lyrics Generator is a "Tool for aspiring songwriters" You actually have to answer a few questions to get your lyrics, like "Your lover asks, "What do you love most about me?" You reply one sentence to him/her:" You fill in the blanks and it writes the song for you!

This has been one of my favorite places when I go to when I'm bored and think about writing a song. I chose an unrequited love song to nobody in particular to get these lyrics.

My Example
I'm afraid you'll turn away
--Verse One:--
I saw you on the TV
Now you're here and you don't know why
We'd be happy as I always dreamed
Caught in my fears
--Chorus:--
I'm afraid you'll turn away
But you can bet ... you got something to say
I think about you night and day
I'm wasting my time
--Verse Two:--
You don't even know I exist
Can't you feel the weight of my stare
I love the way you smile
You make everything so clear
(Chorus)
Chorus to fade

 Poetry Generator

Answer a few questions about your loved one, and press enter. If you don't like what's written in one of the lines click on the line and you'll be able to choose a line that you like more, if for some reason you don't like any of the poems, refresh and start again.

If you don't want a love poem you even have the option of writing a Valentine's Day poem or a poem or any other type from the list. There are so many options. Today, I'm going to write a Valentine's Day Poem, it looked like a bit of fun!

My Example
Be my Valentine
I could wait an eternity for your kiss,
and I take an oath we will be
a kiss in darkness
a memory of a scarlet heart

Poetry Games Poetry Creator
This generator is actually meant to help people of any age learn how to write poems, what better place to write a poem to your beloved than to use a site like Poetry Games? You're learning how to write a poem and writing how you feel!

I actually had a chance to write one of my favorite poem types for the example and was actually really excited to do so. I had a chance to write my own romantic quatrain!

My example
You're so Beautiful
Your eyes are the perfect shade of blue
I don't know how much I could possibly love you
Any more or any less
I wish for the best
Whatever type of generator you use, remember that the poem, lyrics or letter still need to come from the heart. It's easy to click buttons to tell someone how you feel but in the long run, but remember it came from the heart, the place that your love comes from.

Top 5 Favorite 5: My Top 5 Suggest to work around Facebook Blog Blocking

It was a few months ago, I talked about Facebook blocking my blog, I've learned that I'm not the only one having this issue and that it's becoming very common for Facebook and Instagram both to block anything that has Wordpress or Blogspot in the link address, they'll even go to the point of not allowing shorted url links. There are however a few tricks that I've been working with that may help everyone else affected by the blogging ban.

From what I've been reading it's because people like using Blogspot, and Wordpress as a place to Spam on social media. Even if you're not doing anything wrong, your blog will eventually be subject to being blocked on social media.

Needless to say that the thought about changing my blog link or starting a new blog isn't going to help at all. I had to figure something else out. Before I start, forget about contacting Facebook or Instagram, the more I read on the topic the more I see that this isn't really an option and there's still no resolution for any of the bloggers!

1. Share via-twitter
The one site that has yet to block anyone's links has been Twitter. If you haven't signed up for Twitter yet, I suggest you do that. Once you sign up for Twitter, you can actually share your twitter post on Instagram, Facebook or anywhere else you've been blocked. Just remember to post in your Facebook or Instagram link to check out your Twitter link for more information

2. Add your webpage to photos and graphics
It's another reason why I have suggested when you ask questions to turn it into a graphic as well, all of my graphics have a link to my page, so that people may actually type in the link to look at my blog post.

space gray iPhone 6 with Facebook log-in display near Social Media scrabble tiles

3. Typing the link differently or just writing down your blog name
The suggestion given by my hubby is another great workaround if you're having issues with Facebook and Instagram. If Facebook and Instagram are blocking any address with Blogspot or Wordpress. Change the link a little bit, add space in the word Blogspot or Word Press add a space between the dots, and get creative. For instance AmethystMoonbeams . blog spot . com may be a plan. If you don't want to do that, there's actually another suggestion, just let people know to check out your Blogspot blog and give them the name of your URL. Just typing in the name in on google or adding the Blogspot or Wordpress plus the name of the blog on Google will bring up the name of the blog you're looking for.

4. Get a custom domain
By the end of this month, I will have hopefully found the best custom domain and domain host for my page. I don't what host I want to go with yet and really want to research them. But this is going to be one of my goals to blogging this yeat.

think outside the box

5. Check out alternative social media platforms
Last but not least, find some alternative platforms. Learn what other platforms are out there. I plan on making a whole new list of social media platforms to use eventually so stay tuned! Just because it's the end of the road with Facebook doesn't mean that it's the end of the road there are more places to investigate!

Tag Thursday: Spread The Love Tag

We're a little under a week away from Valentine's Day. I found a tag that's actually romantic for my blog post. It's actually The Spread The Love YouTube Tag, I'm going to spread the love to some of my favorite YouTubers.

1) Which YouTuber from your subscription list would you most like to hit the bar with?
I don't drink, but if I was able to choose a YouTuber to actually hit the bar with, which isn't actually a YouTuber anymore would have to be Danny Burke. The first videos I watched of his were his Dummest Twitter posts video. I don't know how many times I couldn't breathe because I laughed too hard.

2) Which YouTuber from your subscription list would you most like to go shopping with?
Angela Benedict, I love her sense of style and a lot of her videos are talking about how to dress goth on a budget.

3) If you won a million dollars what one YouTuber from your subscription list would you share it with and why?
Chris Ulmer of SBSK, his videos are so uplifting and so inspiring. I love hearing people's stories and I love how he brings awareness to people who are different. If I shared the money to him that it would go to a good cause.

4) It’s the end of the world, your tablet/iPhone/computer only accesses YouTube and you have 10 minutes to live. Whose videos from your subscription list would you watch?
Good Mythical Morning, the way I see it if the world is going to end, I'd like for it to end when I'm laughing. It wouldn't matter what video I chose, they all make me laugh so much I want to cry.

5) Which YouTube couple from your subscription list would you most like to vacation with? Where and Why?
Squirmy and Grubs, Hannah and Shane would be my choice of couples on my subscription list. They seem like they'd be a great couple and we'd get along the whole time. I'm not really sure where I would want to go through.

6) Name a YouTuber from your subscription list you would want to switch shoes with for one day?
Steve Cash, I'm sure if I was able to switch shoes with him for a day, Freya would want to go with just so she could be around her friend Sylvester. If I didn't know better Freya has a crush on Sylvester.

7) You’re invited on Jeopardy and can only bring one YouTuber from your subscription list, who would you bring?
Emily from Snake Discovery, even though I can't be sure, I have a good feeling she'd be a great teammate for Jeopardy. She's a really smart woman, and I've learned a lot from her.

8) Which YouTuber from your subscriptions most needs a shoutout?
Scott, from Scottie's animals. Anyone who has as big of a heart that he has, and is willing to rescue guinea pigs while being able to educate people needs more shout outs! I've learned lot from Scott, about guinea piggies.

9) You just left the club, you’re walking down an alley and some scary characters start coming your way. Which YouTuber from your subscription list would you want there with you?
I'd pick Rhett from Good Mythical Morning, he's tall and I'm sure just his sheer hight would scare people away.

10) What YouTuber from your subscription list do you gain the most inspiration from?
Almost all of them. I really can't name one YouTube that I think I gain the MOST INSPIRATION from.

Favorite 5 Friday: Board Games

Once there was a time my sister had a LEGO board game. You chose a set of LEGO instructions from a random pile and then rolled to see who could build their item faster. It was a ton of fun. But the thought of missing National LEGO day, and thinking about board games. I knew exactly what I wanted my Favorite Friday 5 was for today! I want to talk about my favorite board games.

Life
Life has been and always will be my all-time favorite board game. I've played both the My Little Pony Version of Life and the regular version. The original version will always be my favorite, even if I did need two cars to fit all of my rowdy children in!

Cootie
As an adult, I still remember all my fun memories playing the game Cootie with my sister. Rolling the dice and collecting pieces for my cootie bug was exciting. The newer version of the game doesn't look as exciting as the original version, but I think that's the same with any game really, you can't top the originals.

Disney Trivia
I remember the day I set my eyes on the Disney Trivia game at the Disney store in Illinois. It was the exact game I wanted for my birthday. I don't know how many times I've actually played the game since I've lost count. I am and always will be, a Disney nerd!

Scattergories
Being able to think of words that begin with a certain letter, while trying not to get the same answer as your opponent, kept my mind sharp. I've attempted to play the Scattergories app that they had, and it didn't have the same appeal that the board game or even the computer game had.

Candy Land
Yet another children's game, with so many memories tied into it. Draw a card and move to the next place where they have the shape that's on the card. I've always liked the game because it's straight forward and very easy to play.
